Returns

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will provide return instructions

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 7–12 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or style:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • Contact us before returning the item so we can reserve stock if possible


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost


Payment Deductions & Fees

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds will be issued after inspection

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition may be partially refunded or declined
