We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return:
Contact us with your order number and reason for return
Our team will provide return instructions
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
Refund processing may take 7–12 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you need a different size or style:
Exchanges are subject to availability
Contact us before returning the item so we can reserve stock if possible
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds will be issued after inspection
Items returned in used or damaged condition may be partially refunded or declined
